Your core covers all the muscles in your abdominal area, therefore with weight training, just like any other muscle in your body your core will grow too.
Certain exercises should be avoided in order to keep your waist as small as possible. ▪️use your body weight; avoid adding extra resistance (weight) ▪️don’t overtrain your abdominals ▪️ remember that certain foods have a negative effect on “belly fat” (sugar/dairy/fizzy drinks/sauces/alcohol/trans fats)
Some factors such as genetics & hormones are out of our control .. BUT, many are in our control and taking charge by making better & healthier decisions will make a big difference in how you look & feel overall! 🧘🏽♀️ @nebbia_sa tights also make everything better 😜
I don’t even know where to begin ... This weekend I competed at the 2018 IFBB South African Championships. I managed to defend my Fitness Bikini u.166cm lineup title from last year which brought many emotions but I’ve yet to experience what I felt last night when I won the Overall Fitness Bikini SA Champ title and received a phone call this morning from the IFBB SA President @wayprice awarding & offering me my Elite Pro Card, thank you so, so much 🙏🏼 I cannot think about this without getting a lump in my throat, it feels so unreal - I feel so incredibly humbled & honored amongst millions of other things at the moment. 😭🙏🏼♥️ As I always do when I get off stage, there are so many people I owe the warmest thank you to, although I feel they deserve so much more. To everyone who’s supported & encouraged me with little comments, messages, phone calls, chats, no matter how much I know you or don’t know you, every bit of it is appreciated & leaves a positive impact. ♥️ My dear coach & friend I sit here speechless trying to find the words to say to you, no words will do justice. This victory is not mine, it’s OURS. Through the ups & downs, the times I’ve doubted myself and questioned things you were there to tell me to get rid of those thoughts & BELIEVE, you constantly encouraging me to do my best, to give my ALL & with this all you have always made me feel like no matter the outcome, as long as I tried my hardest you will be proud and that’s one of the many qualities you have that make you the exceptional person that you are. Thank you coach, for taking me to a new height & for never losing sight of our vision.
Although I walked on that stage, it’s the people I’m blessed with in my life that get me there - THANK YOU for your continuous love & support and for taking every step with me. ♥️ Coached by the one & only @coach_tz

Baby abs are making a comeback.💃 My tummy and my legs are my weakest points. I've been working my ass off despite a rough personal time. I feel so much better now than I did last year this time. 🤸♀️My heart rate is down, my blood pressure is amazing, my energy levels are good. Life is busy!!!! But so what..... do it now! Start somewhere... with what u have. Give what you can, how you can, when you can... but quit putting it off !!! Now!!!!!!!! There is never a better time than right NOW!
