  • I’ve dedicated my life to helping others bring their Vision, Mission, Values & Passions to life.... thankful for mentors who taught me that this is what truly separates leaders from managers!

  • I danced since I was a small child. Ballet, tap, modern dance and jazz. When I was a sophomore at Fordham University @fordhamuniversity I discovered NIA dance which incorporates martial arts, healing arts, and dance arts. I would dance in between my classes and shoots, sometimes up to 2-3 hours a day. This was also at the height of my modeling career. I was told my legs which already were naturally muscular were getting too big and if I wanted to continue with my boutique fashion agency I would need to stop. My agency got me a private yoga instructor. I hated it. I was 19 years old and couldn’t relate to the stillness. I was so used to movement and action. I discovered Pilates and enjoyed it more. Over time mixing yoga, Pilates, and movement not only made me feel good but it gave my body long and lean lines. After graduating from Fordham University, at 22, I began studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition @nutritionschool . Introducing a plant based diet to my routine also helped keep my body long and lean. But I missed dancing and the martial arts aspect of NIA. At 24, I signed with Silver Model Management under Topher Despres @topherdespres before he moved over to head Wilhelmina Fitness. And I began dancing again!!! Working as a model you will make sacrifices to succeed as you will with every career path. The importance of this message is to not lose yourself along the way and to stay true to your heart. Now that I’m an Older and established model I love that I can get up and say today I’m going to dance hardcore and tomorrow I will do yoga! Lol. We all pay our dues, it’s part of growth and a part of the journey new work by @edwardgebel . #transformationtuesday #themodelmentor #modelcoach #dancer #healthcoach #myjourney

  • If I knew then, what I know now! Sometimes the excess baggage we carry isn’t on our body or even in our head. Often it’s in who we choose to surround ourselves with. If you’re feeling heavy in your head and your judgement seems cloudy take a look at who you are spending your time with. The older I get, the more I surround myself with those who lift me up and shine with me. Also, the more I grow and create the lighter I feel. Who feels the same?! New work & #fridayfeels #tgif #shinetogether #fitnessfriday #healthcoach
