I love bodyweight exercises because they are so versatile...warm-up, stretching & the main body of your workout. You can get crazy strong with just bodyweight exercises. For people with injuries, focus on what you can do & try bodyweight exercises to keep you training. If you’re ready to progress your bodyweight moves & take them to another level - try adding a weighted vest. Here I added a 20lb vest and put a few exercises together in a HIIT format - 45 sec ON & 15 sec OFF.

4️⃣ Bear plank with fire hydrants
5️⃣ Walking lunges with rotation
6️⃣ Squat jumps

I just got an #applewatch so I can track my exercise and heart rate. Today's Activity app says I stood for 12 hours and exercised for almost 8. I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN AWAKE 12 HOURS YET - AREN'T I AMAZING?! Thanks @apple for helping me reach my goals.
