Nutritional Information (Per serving)
Calories 420 Kcal
Protein 50g
Carbohydrates 55g
Sugars 10g
Fat 8g

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
3 egg whites
3 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup water

Instructions
Place the cottage cheese, flax seeds, egg whites and water in a blender and process until smooth. Mix the wet ingredients together with the pancake mix and protein powder in a large bowl.
Cook the pancakes any size you like them in a skillet coated with olive oil cooking spray over medium heat. After pouring the pancake batter into the skillet, they will be ready to flip after about 5 minutes, or when bubbles form around the edges.

Duo Tip
Try making your own topping with fruit and/or berries. Strawberries or blackberries with agave nectar or manuka honey is always a good choice.
