I wonder who can say no to "Daal Bati". One of my favorite food which I love to prepare.

Ingredients For Bati Dough✍️👇
➡️2 cups Chickpea flour #organictattva
➡️1 cup Blended oats in powder form
➡️1 cup Multigrain flour
➡️2 tablespoons semolina
➡️Ginger-chilli paste
➡️Carom seeds
➡️Asafoetida
➡️Red chilli powder or chilli flakes
➡️Rock salt (sandhava salt) @24mantraorganic
➡️Roasted cumin powder
➡️Baking soda
➡️Chopped coriander
➡️Garam masala
➡️Clarified butter/ghee for dough

Recipe Notes✍️👇
➡️Knead the dough using ingredients as mentioned above, keep the dough aside for 15-20 min.
➡️Make bowls shape & bake those in oven or you can deep fry those too if you wish.
➡️For daal I've used "Panchratan mixed daal" by 24Mantraorganic.
➡️Soak daal for 30 min & pressure cook with chopped tomato, green chilli & salt on medium flame for 2 whistles.
➡️Fry in ghee or olive oil as per choice, add lemon juice.
➡️Fill the daal in crispy "chickpea oats bowls". Garnish with coriander leaves , chilli, generous amount of ghee & roasted blended peanuts.

Your bati bowl shouldn't be very thin otherwise it won't be able to hold the daal 😁
