It’s not perfect, but I use this account to track my progress and share it with people I’ve met dancing along the way. I’m absolutely in love with contemporary pole, I need to practice it more as my body is definitely used to a more lyrical style. I did my own variations on most of the pole moves as they were too advanced for me, but you can see the full version in the mirror 😍

I was a dancer for 15 years, and my sister is F skinny. So, in my whole life I’ve been told: you need to lose weight.
I look back the pic of 2013 when Wendy and I traveled in Europe, come on, I wasn’t FAT at all!!! It’s just all my mom!!!! She keeps telling me how fat I’m, how I need to control myself.
But my body shape is definitely Magdalena’s auntie look...
Acupuncture for TK yesterday😳😳. Found out she has a herniated disc and arthritis in lower back😢. Don’t worry, she can still dance but is in a lot of pain so we are doing treatments to help. Found out 85% of dancers have herniated discs or lower back fractures 😳😳 #dancerlife
