Sitting here with my Morning cup of espresso hilighting off yesterday workout. It is so important for you to keep a fitness calendar/diary. I'm a trainer and disciplined but even I need to see it written out and hilight it off to stay consistent as well as mentally on point. It's more then an asthetic routine it is a therapy for your mind and body, so go run to homegoods and grab a pretty $5 book and get your fitness journal started!
It is a day of clarity and perspective. You can even find beauty in the grey gloomy skies today if you stop and take a minute to just admire. No filter needed today.
The road has been a long and at times a painful one, but I am ready for what lies ahead. Nutrition, SAFE exercise, and brilliant women's health specialists are what enabled me to start my recovery.
I am now happy to share my experience of a difficult pregnancy and tougher post-birth recovery with a prolapse.
