Two-days of winter adventures at Arrowhead Provincial Park! Beautiful beautiful, especially this bridge... it was surrounded by knee-deep snow, but we ploughed through and had the bridge all to ourselves! 😍

The gentle glow of the sun peaking through the trees is a sight that warms both my face and soul. The ice cold water in my shoes did not. Spring is less than a month away but I don't think we'll be seeing much of a thaw anytime soon. It's fine... everything is fine ㋡
One of the best spots to be along the Great Lakes. Coves of lush southern forest, and trees/shrub I’ve never seen before. We slept nearly 10 ft from the water, realizing at 2am we had to move the tent because the waves started getting bigger and bigger. I laugh when I look back. Those were really good times.
Repost from @monigramcoffee_opo ☕️ Whether it’s our exposed beam and brick space upstairs, or our beautiful space overlooking the river, across the street @monigramcoffee_opo — we’re always happy to host and cater your special event or function in one of our spaces. So if you’re in the planning phase, make sure to get in touch with us and see how we can help. #monigramcoffee
"I'm an interventional cardiologist. The main thing I do is procedures - going through the blood vessels, to open up arteries and open up valves in people's hearts. When I was in med-school I felt like cardiology was something very interesting - with interesting problems. Most importantly, there were a lot of breakthroughs. A lot of the issues in cardiovascular medicine could be fixed, so I liked that there were things that we could diagnosed and fix and make a difference in people's lives. I also think that the hardest part of our job is dealing with people when we have nothing left to offer them - that's probably the hardest part. And it's what drives us to do better all the time. But there are still limits, we know that. We are not, we can't fix everything. We try our best, and sometimes even our best is not good enough. That's challenging. In medicine, things aren't always perfect. And when a bad outcome occurs, it always takes a toll on us. You know, I always tell myself - when something like that happens that - you've got to learn from it and make that part of my medical skills, and then help the next patient and do everything I can. So, really my only motto is that I have to do the best that I can for the patients - for every patient."

The log sauna is finally looking like a cabin instead of a corral. Today I have the daunting task of hoisting the ridge log and two purlin logs into place. Click on the link in my bio to watch the full video
I can’t believe this is FINALLY HAPPENING! I am going on my very first tour!!!! .
In a month @suzyq992 and I are heading out east for the New Ground Tour. I CAN’T WAIT to meet some of my lovely internet friends in person and play music for everyone and anyone who will listen 💕
Do you live on the east coast? Let’s grab coffee or go for a nature walk! I can’t wait to make some amazing memories. Thank you to @viarailcanada for helping us get there and to @socanfdn & @londonartscouncil for supporting my music 💕 I AM SO SO HAPPY.
