In one of my recent posts I shared the scale of consciousness and how we can transcend lower levels of negative emotions into higher states of being.
I explained that Einstein calibrated at a 499 out of 1000 because he took the intellect as far as it could go... 400 is the level of reasoning and 500 is the level of “love.” Towards the end of Einstein’s life he began to tap into the awareness that love is the fabric of the universe.
In order to do this... he had to begin to “let go” or what he had learned. In order to transcend the intellect we can become aware that the brain creates from duality. Left brain, right brain. Good, bad. Light, dark... etc.
This however, creates polarity. If we really want something, we create the potential of “not having” it. This many times causes resistance due to the desire not being in resonance with the reality we “want” to experience.
When we mix in “allowing the moment to be” we begin to bring “presence” into our life. As we “let go of reasoning...”of being “right or wrong,” of “labels” we begin to drop out of our heads and into our hearts.
In the heart, is where the magic happens. This does NOT create polarity and is a much more pure connection. This is when we transcend “doing” and “having” and shift into “being.” Not only will you feel better being in this state.. but you will also find things happen easier than ever due to the vibrational resonance.

Hey you there! Yes, you. I see you. I can see you working so hard to support yourself and your family financially, getting up every day, commuting, sitting behind your computer, focusing on doing a good job.
All the while, you are struggling to feel good. You're tired, and can't think properly until you have chugged down at least two strong coffees. .
You can't seem to get organised enough to plan a healthy lunch, so you end up grabbing something from the canteen that barely satisfies you, and munch on chips and other snacks to get through the afternoon.
You dread the long commute home and can barely muster up the patience and energy to be the best mum you want to be for your kids. You find yourself snapping, anxious for them to just go to bed so you can have some time to yourself.
When that time finally rolls around, you don't even know what to do. A bath seems nice but also too much effort. Maybe you should start the journalling or meditation practice, but honestly, all you can think about is sleep and bed. .
So that's where you end up collapsing, but even though you are tired, your mind is wired. The mental list of things you want and need to do is running through your mind.
You know this isn't the way you want to feel, how you want to be living your life every day, you want more balance, but where do you even start to change? You want more energy, you wish you could have glowing skin and think positively, but your passion and purpose is just a faint murmer and daily joy and happiness is difficult to find. You seem to have forgotten how to relax and what things you even enjoy doing. .
You have lost yourself in the day to day of living life. You know you can do better- eat better, practice better self care, make time for exercise, do things that are fun- but you need a kickalong. .

I don't know when and why we people wanted to look always "perfect" or to have a "spotless" video about our own workouts or even more.. to think that we always must look "perfect" when in reality we all have our flaws. This video is a true sample of how I am on my daily basis: chatty, smiling enjoying whatever I am doing and letting my body feel whatever it needs to feel.
