  • I didn't go out or dancing in years until recently and when I usually go out I'm always so shy to dance and feel like I really can't be myself in public but this past weekend I just let go and danced my butt off it was so much fun just letting go being goofy and just really enjoying the moment without thinking about who's watching or who's judging my corny moves 😂 I literally danced till the bottom of my feet got so sore I didn't even know that was possible lol I really really enjoyed it so much I even got some girls who were shy that I didn't even know to let go and dance there butt off too! 
Do you dance when you go out or do you just not your head and move your hips a little like how I use too lol ? When was the last time you let go?

  • ARE YOU PUTTING ENOUGH AGGRESSION INTO YOUR TRAINING? -

Something I preach to my clients about is putting aggression into their training especially when it comes to a heavy working set. If your head isn’t there and your focus isn’t there you won’t perform at your potential. -

Having a very clear set goal along with a strong sense of purpose with your training is so important in creating this kind of energy. -

You have to want it bad enough, be hungry to improve and be willing to do whatever it takes to get one step closer towards your goal. You have to be willing to go through more pain and more challenge than you previously have in order to achieve greater results. Without greater challenge you will not change.

Set yourself a very clear goal, develop a strong reason why you want it and create a “whatever it takes” mindset and you will achieve incredible results. -
