Happy Thursday friends!! I woke up to a blanket of snow outside and WOW that’s not something I’m used too! I live in the dessert so snow is not common around here! We aren’t really sure how to handle it but I do know that It makes me want to stay at home all day and snuggle up! With work, school, Instagram and (attempting) to have a social life, sometimes I forget to make time for ME and my self care! I need to make this more of a priority! I’m going to start by trying to not spend as much time on my phone. I tend to get caught up in social media and before I know it, I’ve been scrolling through for hours!! Making small changes can make a HUGE difference! What are your favorite forms of self care?! ❤️

Bei mir steht mal wieder eine Hausarbeit an👩🏼🎓🙄 juhu🥳 ob und wie oft ich dann ins Training gehe? Ich schätze weiterhin mindestens 4 mal pro Woche (trotz langem Tag in der Bib und Arbeit) wenn ich es zeitlich einrichten kann ⏳ Wenn das Workout dann mal kürzer ausfällt, dann ist das halt so. Wichtig ist nur, sich nicht komplett gehen zu lassen und dran zu bleiben☝🏼 auch mein Essen koche ich mittlerweile generell vor und nehme das mit in die Bib (spart auch Geld 🙂) und eigentlich bin ich auch ganz froh, mal zur Abwechslung wieder eine „intellektuelle Herausforderung“ zu haben 🤓 nebenzu geht dann auch am 1. März mein Praktikum im Landgericht los 👩🏼⚖️ ich würde mal sagen #backtoreallife 😬 #study#lawstudent#lawisintheair

Some of the best things in life come in pancake form AMIRIGHT?! These aren’t a the fluffiest I’ve made but they sure didn’t skimp on taste! .
Today is going to be a BUSY one: class, work, class, spin, babysit. But I’m READY to take it on💪🏼 reminding myself that ✨I am a BOUNDLESS being. my mind is open wide to the possibilities of today and I’m leaping LARGELY into my life✨. .

Arms day 🔝💪
I do very carefully #armsday because I have quite wide shoulders, so I don't go over 5 kgs per arm, otherwise I would easily become a sumo fighter 😂😂 But I still think, well defined shoulders and arms are super sexy, so I train my arms and shoulders once a week.
Soon I will share some homemade videos with my favourite arm exercises, that can be easily done at home. You just need a pair of dumbbells and #justdoit 💧💧😉 Tell me some tips for arms in comments! 😘
