Stress has been getting the better of me recently, making my brain feel like an overworked and virus clogged laptop 🤪
It's time to turn it off and on again! (If you get that reference then you are my kind of people 😉)
I have a million strategies to manage stress, but I would love to hear yours! Especially ones that don't involve a lot of physical activity - unfortunately that's not happening right now 🙄
What do you do to help yourself when you're feeling overloaded? How do you squeeze in daily self care when it's such a hectic time of year? Why do we go through this stress cycle anyways?
It always blows my mind how much better I feel when I make time to do yoga and really get in touch with my breath. You find areas of resistance that might otherwise be overlooked and to me that is important in my self balancing.
