Topped with chia berry jam, blueberries heated in water (love hot blueberries- just a couple of handfuls in a pan and then 3 tbsp of water then gently heat until just before they pop)
Then more blueberries, sliced banana and chopped almonds. And as we can’t give up on chocolate orange just yet- there’s a heaped tsp of our homemade cacao and orange almond butter. It’s delicious 😋.

  • Recipe testing, tweaking and perfecting today as I make some changes to my deli menu ready for spring. It’s been a bonkers week, our four week Essentials students are now half way and doing brilliantly, one of them is interviewing this weekend for a role on a small sail yacht via my chef agency, and I’ve just announced our twelve week certificate course which will be starting this winter. By day I’m in my office and school, by night once I’ve fed and bathed by boys, I’m working until the early hours in the agencies and lifestyle as both are already so busy for the season ahead. Enjoying today on my biggest labour of love and working on simplifying my menu. I’ve realized I don’t need to give everyone everything, I can save most of that for my cookbook, and indeed courses, so focusing on improving the very best received products and adding a couple that I know will go down well with our client base. Only a few tickets left to my Women in Business Day event in a few weeks time too, it’s going to be a mega exciting powerhouse next few weeks ahead, throw in some Bespoke Event client tastings, the next Cooking The Books Supper Club and another guest chef to announce coming in May and we have a recipe for some mymuybueno goodness. ⭐️❤️🙌🏻 #mymuybueno #myworld

  • [Werbung/pr sample] CREAMY OATMEAL with banana, blueberries, buckwheat, roasted coconut chips, coconut laddu & coconut almond butter😍🙌🏼 This was such a great filling breakfast after my home workout this morning😊 Do you know laddu? It‘s a confect made of chickpeas & coconut oil - and it‘s so freaking delicious, especially melted on a warm oatmeal😍💥 Today I added some chopped dates and a pinch of salt to my oatmeal and it‘s really a life changer! I will definitely do this more often from now on😋

Creamy Oatmeal recipe🌟🥣
3/4 cup (80g) glutenfree oats
1 tsp psyllium husk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup (250ml) water
1/2 cup (125ml) oat milk
3 dates, chopped
1 pinch of salt
👉🏼 Add all ingredients in a pot and cook for around 5 minutes. Add more oat milk if it gets too sticky. Fill into your bowl & enjoy with toppings of choice😊 .

Nach einem Workout am Morgen gibt es doch nichts besseres als ein sättigendes Frühstück🙌🏼 Das war in meinem Fall ein super cremiges Oatmeal getoppt mit Banane, Heidelbeeren, gerösteten Kokoschips von @drgoerg , Kokos Laddu von @govindanatur & Kokos-Mandelmus von @rapunzel_naturkost 😍😋 Das war echt Oatmeal Genuss auf höchstem Niveau🙏🏼 Habe heute noch Datteln & eine Prise Salz zum Oatmeal in den Topf mit dazugegeben und das hebt den Geschmack nochmal so richtig! Werde ich jetzt definitiv öfter machen☺️ Das genaue Rezept findet ihr oben im englischen Teil👆🏼Später geht es zu meiner lieben @art_of_plants_ - seid gespannt was wir machen werden😃😇 Ich freue mich auf jeden Fall sie nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit wiederzusehen!❤️

  • Homemade Sindhi Doda with some Dahi & Papad for my Saturday breakfast fix! 😍

Most of you may have tried or read about Dal Pakwan and Koki, two of the most popular Sindhi breakfast dishes. There’s also Doda (pronounced as डोडा), a Sindhi delicacy which is a winter specialty. Doda is basically a jowar flour flatbread with chopped onions and spices and tastes absolutely delicious! ❤️

You hardly get this at any Sindhi restaurants in Mumbai so the alternatives are to tell your Sindhi friends to get this for you in their dabbas (tag some Sindhis in comments). Or the other option is to try making it at home. Check out a brief recipe below.👇🏻

You’ll need jowar flour, finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, fresh garlic paste and salt. Add water and knead it properly till you get a soft dough. Now comes the tricky part. The dough is delicate and can easily fall apart. Take some dough in between a clean plastic sheet, sprinkle it with some flour, and start patting the dough till you get a parantha-like size and thickness. Now carefully transfer it to the tawa, use some oil, and cook on a low flame until it’s crisp on both sides. Serve it hot with some dahi and papad (how I have it at home). You can also pair it with tea or pickle or buttermilk or a dal too. Find a detailed recipe of Doda on Google or YouTube if you’re making this at home and let me know how it turns out. Enjoy! 😁

Risoles Isi Ragout sayur

Bahan :
275 gr tepung terigu
1 butir telur ukuran besar
250 ml Susu cair
300 ml air
2 Sdm margarine cair atau minyak goreng
Garam & merica secukupnya
.
Masukan semua bahan dlm gelas blender, lalu blender sampai semua tercampur rata.
Siapkan & panaskan loyang teflon , ambil 1 sendok sayur adonan lalu buat dadar ,lakukan sampai habis
.
Bahan isian ragout :
2 buah wortel kupas potong dadu
6 buah buncis iris
1 buah jagung pipil 
2 siung bawang putih cincang
1/2 bagian Bawang bombay iris
3 sendok munjung tepung terigu
300 ml Susu cair 
Garam, merica, kaldu bubuk & gula secukupnya
Keju parut
Tambahan :
1 butir telur rebus iris tipis
Tepung panir .
Cara membuat :
Tumis bawang sampai harum, masukan sayuran biarkan sampai agak layu, tuang terigu aduk cepat & masukan susu cair aduk rata, beri bumbu , masukan keju parut masak sampai matang & mengental . Lalu angkat & dinginkan

Penyelesaian :
Ambil selembar kulit dadar, tuang 1 sdm isian, masukan telur rebus iris, lalu lipat. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
Celup pada kocokan putih telur atau bisa juga adonan terigu yg di campur air, gulingkan pada tepung panir .
Simpan dlm kulkas dahulu agar panir menempel sempurna, lalu goreng.
