You can’t teach anyone anything until you have done the work on yourself. Put yourself first, make yourself the priority sometimes. No progress will be made until you can look into yourself and identify flaws and things that could be improved. At the end of the day, only YOU can get YOU through this world and to where you want to go.

Immer wieder kommt auch die Frage, was das tolle am CrossFit ist. Neben der Challenge gegen sich selbst ist es vor allem auch die Community und das Miteinander. Jeder kämpft für sich, doch gemeinsam kommt man dennoch weiter und pusht sich gegenseitig über so manche Grenzen (die meistens im Kopf sind) hinweg 💪🏻. Dazu kommt das unglaubliche Gefühl, wenn man das Workout geschafft hat, völlig platt ist und weiß, dass man 100% gegeben hat 🔥. Ich freue mich schon auf die nächsten Runden mit meinen Jungs bei @crossfitstuttgart 😀👊🏻. Habt einen super Tag meine Lieben ✌🏻.

I used to be teased in middle school for having no butt. For most of my childhood I was thin. I remember being called “anorexic” because I was “too skinny.” 🙄
Even though ice cream and nachos were pretty much a daily thing with me and my best friend after school… 😂
I was flat chested (still am 💁🏼♀️)
And was what they would say...
“Built like a board.” 😒
In high school my weight of course caught up to me, from partying, eating out, birth control, stress, etc.
And I became more of a “fat log.” 🤣
No hips but love handles.
No chest but a belly.
No butt but thick thighs.
High school is hard for any girl - so of course that took me down a path of hating my body, excessive cardio, restricting calories and what I now see as sheer body abuse. 😔
Thankfully things are different now. 🙏🏼
I stumbled upon the world of bodybuilding, weight training and holistic nutrition.
I learned the power of a proper diet and the importance of self care.
I learned how complex the human body is and how we have to be aware of the beautiful balance between systems.
How one imbalance can affect many more and cascade to an array of issues.
How connected we all are - body, mind and spirit. 🙏🏼 I now strive to teach others, so they can avoid my same mistakes.
To avoid the messy road my journey took and start building a solid foundation right from the start! ✨

What's so different about the Fit, Healthy and Confident Coaching Program and why is a physical transformation is about so much more than just eating healthy food?
A physical transformation is more then just about following a nutrition plan.
It almost always comes back to our thinking and personal performance and unfortunately this is something that is neglected by most programs out there.
People tend to just want to focus solely on the food side of things but this is why people get stuck in the trap of yo yo dieting for years and losing the same 10kgs 5 times over.

Today my eldest Dimi became a teenager in the blink of an eye.. 💆🏾♂️ Lord I wasn’t ready to be a father when he was born, but you gave me guidance and support to step to the plate.
