I was surprised how much Santi loved it. There’s really no secret to getting your kids to eat veggies. They go through phases where they are extra picky or say “no!” to everything. What’s worked best for us is to give santi whatever we are eating so he can watch us eat the same things and be exposed to different foods + flavors. He loves to do everything by himself now so finger foods are key and its always fun for him to dip it in a yummy sauce.. so I try to make them healthy!🤗 If you guys have other advice/ideas lemme know!

Deets: roasted: cauliflower seasoned with turmeric + garlic powder, zucchini + carrots seasoned with garlic + onion powder, salt and pepper. 
For the sauce I made @thepeachyprodigy lemon tahini recipe: 3 tbsp of tahini, juice from half a lemon, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 1/2 tbsp of water (or more), 1tsp chili lime seasoning (she used cumin)

  • Don’t you dare tell me @heb isn’t the best grocery store ... there’s a reason why they say HERE EVERYTHING’S BETTER 💯• I purchased my air fryer at HEB and made some delicious lemon herb tilapia. I paired it nicely with some HEB select quinoa, couscous and vegetables. NOM NOM NOM 339 calories of deliciousnessssssss 😍

Только ресницы плохо клеются, очень очень плохо клеются, с матом, криком и слезами. И с матом)))

Ну ладно, обратно. Планирую на соревы краситься сама, и на мос область, и на Москву)) Визажист, он конечно хорошо, но два раза почти как куп прециозой обклеенный стоят, а если три раза выходить вдруг приспичит, трындец короче. К слову, косметики я в том году на 30 тыс накупила, муж убьёт)))😂

Хотя что й то убьёт, я на свои! Вот всю прошлогоднюю подготовку я сама оплатила, а там ой как много тратить надо было. Хотите пост о затратах на бикини???? Черкните в комментарии по старой схеме плюсики смайлики, надо активность с колен поднимать, я же типо стараюсь даже ленту красиво планировать, лайков хочется многА!!!😂

  • Cajun chicken with Mediterranean salad. 
This tastes unreal and you can easily make extra and put into lunchboxes to have the next day. Spice up the chicken with your favourite hot sauce! 
Ingredients 
1 chicken breast 
Cajun seasoning 
1/2 red onion
1/4 cucumber 
1 tomato 
1/2 avocado 
1 splash extra virgin olive oil 
1 splash balsamic vinegar 
Method 
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees whilst you season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper and Cajun. Place in a baking tray and into the oven for 30 mins. In the meantime roughly chop all the veg and season well with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and set aside ready to serve with the chicken.

    This tastes unreal and you can easily make extra and put into lunchboxes to have the next day. Spice up the chicken with your favourite hot sauce!
