Today, is a well needed and deserved rest day after a week of killer workouts⚡️ It is so so important to let your body rest and recover in order to not injure yourself, burn yourself out and also, it helps in seeing progress towards your fitness goals💁🏽‍♀️ Sometimes I feel I don’t need them and workout 7 days a week, but other times I do, like today. It’s all about listening to your body loves🥰

  • Po ostatnich dwóch dniach świętowania i obżarstwa dzisiejsze przysiady i hip thrusty były o dziwo bardzo lekkie i przyjemne. 😅 Nadmiar węglowodanów ma jednak swoje plusy. 🤷🏼‍♀️🍫🍕

  • Anjaneyasana is such a versatile pose. It’s my go-to prep pose for getting into the splits, especially when flowing between it and a half splits forward fold. I also really love the quad & iliopsoas stretch I get from bending the back knee to bring the foot up to the bum.

Hier, je n’ai pas publié mais j’ai fait une petite séance bas du corps : squats (4 séries de 8, 40kg) et soulever de terre (4 séries de 8/10, 35kg) + 500 marches de montées. Et pour finir, du gainage en statique. J’ai pas au 🔝 de ma forme! 
Hier, premier rendez-vous chez l’ostéopathe👨🏼‍⚕️j’avais tellement peur... pour au final rapide et efficace, je me sentais légère à la fin de la séance ! 
Je me rattrape demain, pour une meilleure séance 💪🏻 J’ai de plus en plus envie de nouveaux exercices, pour cibler tout les muscles 🤙🏻 #fitgirl #fitnessgirl #fit #motivation #girl #instagirl #workout #workoutmotivation
