Still feeling pretty good, increasing my calories has definitely helped me build up a lot faster than maintenance. Now the plan is to keep bulking for 4-5 months more & see what I can build before I shred so this summer is looking fluffy for me 😅 125lbs I’m coming for you. Btw everyone has their own personal body goals mine has never been to be “skinny” or “lean” I’m more of a muscular/curvy type of girl but then again that is my opinion & what I like for ME.

  • It’s not really about how well I can box,
How much weight I can lift,
How many push-ups I can do.

It’s about making myself push through when I’m scared and uncomfortable,
Not giving up when I’m tired,
And coming back to try again after I’m discouraged.

  • The circumstances in your life are not what is important, your RESPONSE to the circumstances is what starts to create your reality.  Action is what creates; it is what moves your reality in a linear way. .

The key is continuity and consistency of positive actions that would generate continuous, unbroken positive results. .

When you allow yourself to perform negative actions, for example a negative action towards another person, that action will have an effect on your life “down the line” so to speak.
.

So when your actions are not consistently positive, the things that will happen to you are NOT consistently positive either. “Oh everything is going so well” you say, then the first sign of something coming up that would seem to be negative, many of you “cave” you “cave in” and say “ugh it doesn’t work”. Not realizing that what it looks like a negative circumstance is a DIRECT result of a negative action of yours. Negative actions have a momentum.  Actions are causal and effectual.

And so therefore, your positive results become scattered and random. .

Be willing to stop your response to circumstances, remind yourself of who you are, and then ACT.  Then your actions will become an unbroken series of positive expressions of who you are, and will create positive results. 💡Actions are a reflection of your strongest belief at any given moment. .
Count to 10 before acting out of impulse, allow yourself to realign with who you are before acting ☺️. -

Deze quote wil dus zeggen kiezen voor de rest van je leven wat voor jou het beste is. Eerst zul je dus bewust moeten worden wat die keuzes zijn. Als je denkt dat dat alle dagen feestvieren, slecht eten en niet goed voor jezelf zorgen kom je bedrogen uit want uiteindelijk zal dat je opbreken zowel lichamelijk, mentaal of erger nog in de vorm van een ziekte. Ik geloof niet dat dat is kiezen voor het beste leven. Want het beste leven is goed voor jezelf zorgen en dan op elk gebied zoals voeding, bewegen, mind-set, ontspannen, werk, sociale leven, familie etc. Het beste wat je kan doen is voor JEZELF kiezen en goed voor jezelf zorgen om ook de beste versie voor anderen te zijn zoals je familie en beste vrienden. Balans aanbrengen op alle gebieden zal zorgen dat je je beter voelt want leg je de focus op maar één gebied zullen de anderen verwaarloosd worden. Hoe doe je dit? Door bewust te worden waar die gebieden voor je liggen die belangrijk voor je zijn en waarom ze belangrijk voor je zijn en daar dan ook bewust voor te kiezen. Bijvoorbeeld op tijd stoppen met werken om tijd te spenderen met je familie. Of door eerder op te staan en te gaan sporten voor je werk en te kiezen voor gezond eten Of door ontspanning in te plannen in je agenda en alles even los te laten etc. Kiezen voor jezelf dus want kiezen voor jezelf zorgt dat je kiest voor balans in je leven!! www.thebalancelab.nl
