Hi Fam! Haven’t posted any photos in a while, so here I am! Taking selfies I’m not only cool for your Instagram, but also helpful to see and compare your progress.
About two and a half of the difference between those photos. No magic pill, no secret formulas, nothing extraordinary. Just commitment, consistency and work. Healthy lifestyle diet, consistent training and full responsibility. No one to blame - “I have no time”, “your body wont be the same after you have kids”, “it’s hard to eat healthy with in my family”... Look, it’s your body and you are the only person responsible for it. And it might seems unachievable until it’s done.

We treat everything from arthritis to pulled muscles to inflammation with ice packs or heating pads. Treating pain with hot and cold can be extremely effective for a number of different conditions and injuries, and easily affordable. The tricky part is knowing what situations calls for hot, and which calls for cold. Sometimes a single treatment will even include both.
As a general rule of thumb, use ice for acute injuries or pain, along with inflammation and swelling. Use heat for muscle pain or stiffness. ♥️♥️
Completed...Week 2, Day 2! Delts and Abs gym workout video my husband help get between his sets tonight. I have caught a cold but yet I pushed through. ♥️ It took me 1:38 to finish my 10 minute warm up, the delts and arms and then 20 min of cardio. I finished strong. ♥️ Tomorrow is suppose to be a rest day but I have to keep moving forward to rest on Sunday. ♥️ I hope this inspires and motivates someone out there to get involved with exercise and watch what they eat. If I can do this, anyone can! A dream becoming a goal all starts with action. 💋💋
In July, I was sitting on my couch in the living room getting ready for bed and watching some TV show (obviously paying really good attention) and I finally decided to get up and change. ⠀
Earlier that week I had downloaded yet another workout app and was scrolling through the exercise boards on Pinterest, trying to come up with my next workout routine. At this point I was willing to try anything, nothing in the past had worked. ⠀

Accountability and Motivation. ⠀
This past week I was talking to a friend from college about this amazing opportunity I stumbled upon and was telling her about my amazing team and all they do for me. Here’s her response. ⠀
“Exactly! I’m really lacking in motivation honestly because I feel like I’m not getting support or someone isn’t here cheering me on. And that’s really important. More than I thought.”⠀
Motivation—a cheerleader—that’s what I do! That’s what our whole team does. All these amazing people that are willing to push you and encourage you when you need it most. ⠀
In July, I didn’t realize how lucky I was to be a part of the team that I am now. ⠀
In July, I was super self conscious. I wasn’t fitting in a lot of my clothes and I just didn’t feel good about myself. ⠀
In July, I had an 18 month old and was struggling to keep up with her and was hurting sitting on the floor in the living room with her. ⠀
In July, I had no idea how to motivate myself, let alone a bunch of other people. ⠀

In January, I still can’t believe I’m lucky enough to have a team like I do!⠀
In January, I’m no longer self conscious; I’m confident and I fit in a lot of the clothes I didn’t in July. In January, I have a 2 year old and can sit on the floor with her comfortably and chase her around the house. ⠀
In January, I now have a team of my own and talk to them almost daily to motivate them on their workout/fitness journey. ⠀

My wedding day- unhealthy, uncomfortable and so incredibly self conscious. Today- strong, healthy, confident and so much more comfortable with myself.
What an amazing day! I started my day with an early am workout with some awesome friends and ended the night with a sushi date with my husband. There were a lot of smiles in between. Thank you to everyone for the cards, texts , phone calls and messages. Feeling very loved!

At home workouts changed my life for the better. I felt so frustrated with finding balance - trying to stay in shape while being present for my growing family.
