Try this quick but effective ab blast at the end of your session 3-4 times a week and see how your results are 🕵️‍♂️

Every day there seem to be more and more fancy and complicated ab routines being posted, and I can’t help but feel people are missing the wood for the trees in some cases 🤔
•
While abs can be a troublesome muscle to train, they are still just that: a muscle.
•
That means you’ll see the best results from loading your exercises with weight or resistance several times a week in order to see growth and development.
•
Doing 100 crunches once a week will make your abs “burn” for a few days, but won’t give you the long term progress you need.
•
At minimum you also need to be performing at least one crunch, one rotational, and one leg raise movement, to hit the abs from the 3 key angles for better overall development.
•
Hitting the transverse-abdominis through planks or stomach vacuums are also a great finisher to tighten up that core.
•
The NUMBER ONE PRIORITY, though, is diet and nutrition. No amount of training or exercise will give you a “six pack” unless your body fat is sufficiently low enough to reveal it. Make sure you’re in a calorie deficit if trying to lose weight, otherwise you’ll just be spinning your wheels with ab training.

Comment se préparer à une course ?

Que ce soit une course de 10km, un semi ou un marathon, la préparation est primordiale, que vous ayez un objectif de performance ou non ❗️ .

La préparation ça consiste en quoi ? 🧐
.

C’est préparer un programme adapté à son objectif : planifier le nombre de séances que l’on souhaite/peut faire par semaine, et le contenu de ces séances (sortie longue, fractionné, niveau et durée d’intensité …).
.

Planifier et adapter les séances permet de se préparer physiquement mais aussi mentalement pour réussir à  atteindre son objectif 🏅 ET (surtout) dans les bonnes conditions⚠️ (c’est à dire sans aller à l’épuisement ou se blesser par exemple).
.

  • Work out 🏋️‍♀️ ✔️! I had a good video that I “thought” was recording, then once I finished the work out, my phone said it could not process the video 👎🏻
So here I am today, soft tummy after some ab work following a good form focused leg and glute day. 
I have lost the 5 pounds that I gained over the holiday season, FINALLY! 
Where it went idk. 
But the good thing? Maybe that the plateau is over! 
It was rough continuing and seeing no results. But like I said, scale doesn’t always matter. But as a momma of two, my body has a hard time bouncing back. 
My hardest area is probably my lower stomach. Which I’m sure many moms are the same! 
So next goal on my list is this tummy area. It looks super fluffy now, but that’s ok because I’ve had two babies in the past 4 years, so of course it’s going to need work. 
I love my body where it is now, and that’s so important.
