  • ➰ Petit déjeuner spécial #fitnesschallenge Oui depuis hier, je reprends mes séances de fitness, du coup une alimentation plus équilibrée aussi 🤗 (d’ailleurs je te montrerai dans les semaines à venir quelques exercices hyper faciles à faire chez toi)

  • Zurück in der Heimat. Eine Woche Urlaub gehabt und nach 4 Stunden im Zug fühlen wir uns schon wieder komplett erschöpft 😪 Trotzdem sind wir froh wieder 🏠 zu sein. Morgen geht es eeeeendlich wieder ins Gym! Erstmal komplett im Beintraining ausrasten 💪🏼

  • Allenamento con bilanciere: guanti si o guanti no?

Molte persone tendono ad utilizzare i guanti per paura di rovinarsi le mani, ma è la cosa giusta?

Le mani sono uno degli organi più sensibili del corpo: “sentire” il bilanciere tra le mani aiuta il sistema nervoso a reclutare più fibre muscolari💪🏻
.
I guanti creano spessore tra la mano e il bilanciere allargando la presa e rendendola più difficile.

L’impugnatura è parte integrante dell’allenamento..e pertanto migliora la sua tenuta con la pratica

Rimanendo in un range di peso che non necessita di ganci (powerlifter) è bene non usarli per abituare la mano al sovraccarico e rendere l’allenamento più performante💪🏻.

  • Have you ever tried Roasted Kale!? 😋 so delicious and pretty easy to make. Just place a large handful of bite sized Kale 🥬 onto a cookie sheet and drizzle with Olive oil and salt. Cook in the oven at 350° until it begins to get a little crunchy and toasty.

Side note-my 1 yo 👶🏼 loves these and couldn’t get enough of them; they almost melt in your mouth when you eat them.

  • Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk
1 large banana
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A small handful walnut pieces (or 7 halves)

Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender or with a mixer. 
Tip! It tastes the best served cold.

  • Wir sind endlich wieder zurück zuhause 🏠 ich habe mich sooo auf meine eigenen vier Wände gefreut! Der Urlaub war schön aber ich bin immer irgendwie froh wenn ich wieder zuhause ankomme. Ab morgen geht dann wieder der gewohnte Alltag los 🤗
