  • It’s easy to look at person next to you & compare. Maybe you aren’t as strong or fast as them & once we start comparing ourselves we start downing ourselves. But maybe that person next to you has been training longer? Maybe they put in more effort when no one is watching? Everyone has their own journey, their own body type, their own lifestyles. No one is comparable to you but YOU! So start looking at the person in the mirror & work on that person, I promise you’ll start to see so much more potential & progress in yourself once you stop comparing to that person next to you & focus on the one staring back at you in the mirror 👊🏼💥

Pão de queijo de frigideira 
1 ovo
1 col sopa de creme de ricota ou outro queijo cremoso (alérgicos ou intolerantes podem fazer sem)
1 col sopa de polvilho doce 
1 col sopa de polvilho azedo 
1 col sopa de farinha de linhaça 
Sal a gosto

Bate tudo (fouet), frigideira (aquela pequena pra ovo, se fizer numa maior não dá pra rechear) untada com azeite, coloca metade  da massa, recheia (usei queijo minas curado), e cobre com a outra metade da massa, fogo baixo, e deixa dourar dos dois lados.

  • it’s so insane to see the difference on year can make. i was down almost 12 lbs in the pic on the left and i remember having my sister take those pics and crying because i just wanted to be smaller. i felt so good with my weight loss but expected myself to look smaller than i was. this was something that happened for awhile and i would get super stressed, discouraged and upset from it. this is just part of the process tho, you have to keep pushing through to get that end result. you have to CHOOSE YOU and choose your goals and prioritize EVERYDAY. you can do it though, you are worth pursuing and you deserve to feel happy and confident 💕🥰

  • Today was an off day for me.... I wasn’t feeling it at all. I couldn’t focus, I was tired, falling asleep at my desk at work and couldn’t shake it. So I went and did some HIIT and got a nice little shoulder pump... And I felt better afterwards. It’s the little pushes I give myself in times when I’d rather go hide under the covers and sleep all day... that keep me from merely existing and allow me to make it through low energy days and feelings of discouragement. 
Now it’s time to smash on some homework on this lovely Friday night! 🙌🏻 #motivation #flexfriday #fitnessmotivation #fitnessgirl #bodypositivity #shoulderworkout #bodybuilding #positivevibes #fitmom #goals #bikini
  • Today was an off day for me.... I wasn’t feeling it at all. I couldn’t focus, I was tired, falling asleep at my desk at work and couldn’t shake it. So I went and did some HIIT and got a nice little shoulder pump... And I felt better afterwards.
