I am not perfect, but I AM happy.
I am not perfect, but I still love life.
I am not perfect, but I am still going to post this selfie, because after a great shoulder workout with @evo__fit & @ellefitness, I felt like I had a nice lil’ pump  going and I was feeling it 💪🏼
I am not perfect, but I don’t have to be,
And you don’t have to be either.

Remember - even those who you look up to most fudge up their macros sometimes,
Even those who you look up to most skimp out on effort some days,
Even those who you look up to most don’t have their shit together.

Give me one person who ‘has their shit together’ and I’ll show you that they don’t.

None of us are ‘perfect’ and that is okay.
Why would you want to be anyways?
What’s the fun in perfection?
Where’s the enjoyment in that?
Oh you’re perfect - okay, no more working hard to improve, no more excitement when you hit a PR because ‘you’re perfect!!!’ so you can’t do any better.

That’s not fun.

Being imperfect is fun.
Being real is fun.
Living life is fun.
But working hard is also fun.

So be imperfectly you - don’t stop working towards what you want, but realize and acknowledge that perfection doesn’t exist so don’t strive for that.

Strive to be YOU, and to be the best you that you can be, and you will never feel the need to be ‘perfect’ anyways.
Because being you, and being happy being you is an amazing, remarkable, wonderful freakin’ thing. 💙

🙅🏼‍♀️Что касается растяжки до силовой тренировки то тут все давно доказано-этого делать не нужно т.к растяжка снимает ваши силовые характеристики, расслабляет организм и ослабляет поддержку рабочих суставов. Я не говорю сейчас о легкой разминке (которая полезна)а именно о статистической растяжке. 👍🏻Растяжка после силовой тренировки-однозначно ДА!!!И женщинам и мужчинам. К мужчинам хотелось бы обратиться в большей степени т.к они частенько игнорируют растяжку, а зря. Сейчас расскажу почему.
✅Упражнения на растяжку растягивают плотные оболочки мышц, называются они-фасции😬
Фасции- это такая соединительная оболочка покрывающая отдельные мышцы или группы мышц. Так вот нерастянутые  фасции ограничивают растущие мышцы в объёме❗️, они как капсула закрепощают и ограничивают рост мышц. Да,да-хотите более быстрый рост мышц-тянитесь!
✅Ну а говорить о том, что растяжка на 15-25% быстрее помогает восстановить мышцы и улучшает кровообращение в них, и снимает посттренировочную боль, мне не нужно. Это итак, я думаю, все знают☺️ 💪🏻Так, что дорогие наши мужчины, не игнорьте растяжку после силовой тренировки, потратьте хотя бы 15 минут и будет вам счастье и красивые бицепсы, трицепсы и что там ещё вы себе качаете☺️👌🏻

Salad dressings can contain all sorts of chemicals if you’re not choosy with what you buy 🚫❌

But if you want to be extra fancy and budget friendly you can just make your own. Mind blowing how easy it is 🤯🤯🤯

  • Yummmmm. Goodness bowl!!! 🌶🍋 (I need garlic emoji in my life) I am so Glad I cooked 2 servings of this. 
Today I prepped some lunches for over the weekend. As we are always busy and I don't want to sabotage myself any more than I already have this week - I've had some moments of weakness that's for sure. 😬 I always take 5steps forward 2 steps back. But I am simply living! (I should wait until after the challenge 🤦🏽‍♀️ almost 3 weeks in and I have had 2 bad days) usually I am a weekend warrior when it come to treat meals 😂 but I'm trying to see the challenge through! Any tips for when I eye off that Nutella jar? 
Chicken, brown rice and kale. My mouth is exploding with flavour. For all my keto peeps, just replace the rice with cauliflower, and add coconut oil and a side of avo! Brown rice boiled in curry powder salt and pepper. Kale sautéed in garlic chilli and lemon, and chicken pan fried with garlic and herbs! 🔥🔥🔥 #f45challenge
