Schon mal White Chia Pudding ausprobiert? 🤤🍚 #superfood Ein super leckeres und einfaches Gericht 🙏🏼 Alles was ihr dazu benötigt seht ihr am 2ten Bild 😉 Ich mache den Pudding gerne am Vortag damit er in der Früh gleich verputzt werden kann 😜 ———————————————————————
- 200ml Reis- oder Hafermilch in ein Glas geben 🥛
- 30 Gramm @foodspring Chiasamen hinzugeben und ca. 10‘ lang immer wieder mal umrühren bis eine dickflüssige Masse entsteht
- wer es etwas süßer haben möchte Honig, Agavendicksaft oder Ahorsirup untermengen 🍯
- ein paar Stunden oder über Nacht quellen lassen und mit Himbeeren und 🍌 toppen

  • Почему сложно начинать⁉️

Многие из тех, кто меня окружает, искренне хотят начать тренироваться, но что-то постоянно встаёт на их пути. Раньше я считала, что это вопрос приоритетов. НО, капнув глубже, я подумала о том, что старт всегда намного сложнее, чем продолжение. То есть мне намного легче, чем начинающим. Почему? Потому что у меня уже есть определенный тренировочный результат, который я, как минимум, не хочу терять, как максимум, хочу улучшить. А начинающие видят какой-то эфемерный результат там, вдали, через месяц, два, а то и три. Так вот, что я хочу сказать: если вы новичок, примите то, что начало будет сложным. Результат не появится после первой тренировки (в отличие от морального удовлетворения кстати😜), и это будет демотивировать. Поэтому мой совет: 1️⃣Механически следовать намеченному плану первые месяцы, 2️⃣не оценивать критически свои результаты вообще. 3️⃣Благодарить себя за каждую выполненную тренировку. И однажды вы случайно заметите первый результат, а это мощнейшая мотивация и уже совсем другая история🤘🏻🔥

Why is it hard to start⁉️

I do meat a lot of people who really wants to start regular training, but it doesn’t happen. So I was analyzing beginners and realized that it’s connected with low motivation because of absence of the fast first result. Sportsmen already have “the result” and they want, as a minimum, not to lose it. And beginners have only dream of the future results, that’s why it’s so hard.  So if you just on your way to trainings, just 1️⃣follow your plan day by day, 2️⃣don’t criticize yourself at all and soon you will see your first result. This will give you the strongest motivation to continue and even love trainings 😉

1️⃣ Lay out your clothes the night before 
2️⃣Set your alarm across the room so you have to get up to turn it off and tell yourself the whole way there that you are up, you are up, you are up!! You want to change more than you want to stay the same 👊🏻(luckily I don’t ever hit snooze so I don’t have to worry about this but this is my tip I tell all my challengers and it has worked for them)

3️⃣ Create a fitness vision board and keep it in front of you at all times to know that your goals have meaning and when the going gets rough remember why you started. You can do this!!!! .

  • Hey guys,

So I always say not to pay too much attention to the number on the scale as at times it can get discouraging. Sometimes the scale won’t reflect you’re putting and there can be different reasons for that.  Our bodies are one special, complex piece of machinery!

So try this: Weigh yourself in the morning, naked, yes naked! Limit your weigh ins at once every two weeks. I know, I know you must be thinking, Gaby are you crazy??? I could never go two weeks without weighing myself but of course you can. Take it from me I used to weigh myself everyday sometimes twice a day, yep that is how addicting I got to the scale, and when I did not see a loss, I used to be very down and not happy with myself. After doing much research I realize that the scale is not important!

What is important is how you feel! What is important is the fact that you feel physically and mentally stronger. Try to focus on that. Try to focus on the fact that you’re clothes might be getting looser, focus on things that you could not do in the past but now can!

Instead of the scale, measure yourself once a month, you will notice a difference!

You will hit plateaus, that is completely normal. I hit many and some lasted over 5 weeks long but I kept at it and then the weighed picked back up. My weight has been fairly stable for the past couple of months so not much weight loss but I am working on gaining muscles mass so I know the number will be going up so I try to stay away from that scale as much as I can.

Moral of the story here is don;t get discouraged! If you’re putting in the work then you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Toss that scale out the window and concentrate on how you feel! ❤️

  • Okay I’ve found my #FishFridays peace at #NoodlesandCo! They have this new Zucchini Shrimp Scampi dish, where the noodles (aka zoodles) are made of zucchini! #ad Even my kids love it and it’s an amazingly simple way to sneak some veggies in to their meals, especially when I don’t feel like cooking. It’s even keto friendly if you’re on keto! A small Zucchini Shrimp Scampi from @Noodlescompany is only going to run you 11g net carbs! It's also packed with 12g of fat and a whopping 20 grams of protein. I highly recommend checking them out if you want a healthier option, especially on fish Fridays!
