We impulsively decided to sign up for a trial membership at our local YMCA. Started with BBG abs and ended with a family swim in the pool.
Felt SUPER awkward trying to figure out where to do BBG Abs. I NOW understand why this could be difficult at certain gyms. New found respect for all you ladies crushing these circuits at the gym 🙌🏼❤️

OH MY GOSH I JUST FINISHED BBG STRONGER 3.0 🎉Good luck to everyone starting the #sweat12weekchallenge this week!! You’ve got this! This is my progress June 2017 - now! I’ve been doing @kayla_itsines BBG stronger for over a year & a half & I’m honestly still loving BBG, it fits into my schedule so easy & I actually find the workouts fun (dunno if I’m a weirdo haha) it’s all laid out for you, you’ve just got to show up & get it done, literally a half hour & that’s it!
If I was to keep some #bbg2019 tips short & sweet with whats helped me along the way I would say ⋆ Find your routine & what works for you to stay consistent ⋆ Your habits will change over time, not over night so don’t beat yourself up, remember it’s all the little things that add up overtime that make the biggest changes ⋆ Slow progress is sustainable progress ⋆ Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s ⋆ Create habits that are sustainable for your life, not just a quick fix that you can’t keep up with & make you unhappy ⋆ Plan your workouts so you know exactly what you’re doing on what day, you’ll have a clear idea & it’s harder to talk yourself out of it that way I feel ⋆ Take progress pictures cause it’s amazing looking back at how far you’ve come!

Believe me when I say we ALL go through waves of uncertainty and questioning what the heck we’re doing. The truth is it will happen time and time again. Do your best to stay grounded through those times and be kind to yourself, they WILL pass. And when they do; the sun will come out you’ll feel like you’re back on top of your world again 💫 Vibrant and full of life 🏋🏻♀️🔥❤️

Feels like ages since I trained properly. Haven’t felt myself for the last week so the goals was getting into the gym today and moving ✅! I did a 15min amrap - 10 swings, 10 box jumps, 10 DB push press.
Not happy with the fact that IG is slaughtering the quality of my pics 🙃 Got dressed in normal people clothes today and did my makeup for once 😂 Living for this lipstick I got for Christmas 💄 Nowhere really to go today because it’s so cold out so we’ve just come to Costa for a coffee and to chill out for a while. Very excited for the weather to get a little better because we’re thinking of taking a trip to the Cuilcagh mountains 😍 it’s insta worthy heaven and very good exercise all at once 🙈 Making chicken pie for dinner today and I’m so excited for it. I’ve been hungry constantly this week 😭 I hope you’re all having a lovely Sunday 💞

To have been “dieting” my entire life to now finally figuring this whole thing out. You see, it’s not really as complicated as I’ve always made it out to be before. It comes down to eating clean, exercising and a good balance. I think we overthink it and complicate it so much when it’s really so simple. Too simple. There’s no magic pill, just consistency. Read the ingredients in your food. Understand the ingredients. If you don’t know what something is, don’t put it into your body. Be aware of the sodium, be aware of the sugar. Balance the rest ♥️ you got this! 😘
