And seemingly if you can get to the gym and do nothing else but go in the sauna you can still experience similar benefits as exercising

  • Really didnt want to workout tonight, I mean I REALLY didnt want to workout tonight! To be successful in fitness (and in life for that matter) I believe it's not how we "show up" when we're motivated it's how we "show up" when we're dog tired, feel like shit, and would rather chill out and watch a movie. That's when it matters most! Every workout that you didnt want to do but did anyway adds up and is what truly makes a difference!

Tonight I used what I call the power of the green light district + one of my favorite jams (Monody by thefatrat) to get me excited for the workout!... Let's go!!
