I have been sick and this morning I couldn't get myself out of bed. My body told me to rest but my brain told me to get up and go to the gym. I ended up going to the gym and trained with my Coach for 3 hours today. I feel better than ever after my work out! Exercise helps your brain to release a protein call BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor) and your body to release a hormone called endorphins. These two provide mood-boost and mental clarity, increase your energy level, make you feel relax, and so many other benefits. So, if you feel lazy like me this morning, get up and go to the gym 😉💪
83. Be Prepared 💯- Things happen for a reason. I failed tests in high school because I didn’t study and I wasn’t prepared. Whether it’s for a test, job interview, or a championship game, putting in the effort and being prepared allows us to shine when tested.
