  • Felbiztattak ma a fiúk, hogy ne szarakodjak tovább és próbálkozzak meg végre a 130-cal, mert eddig sose mertem. 😬 Elsőre belebuktam, de másodjára... Hát... Maradjunk annyiban, hogy jó csúnyán felszenvedtem... 😅😆 Aztán majd a rutin meg az évek kiegyenesítik, ahogy az összes eddigi maxomat is. 🤷🏽‍♀️😊

I Did Full body strength training mixed with some HIIT. I’m really trying to get my fupaaaaaaa flat 😩😩😩 it’s so hard... But imma keep trying though 🙃 It’s Day 49 of #gymshark66

  • Vergleich August 2017 zu  Januar/ Februar 2019
Ich finde es noch immer krass was für Veränderungen man duch Krafttraining erziehlen kann. Früher war ich nur mager, ich selbst fand mich gar nicht so dünn, aber wenn ich es jetzt  vergleiche, bin ich bestürzt wie zerbrechlich ich aussah. Auch jetzt bin ich noch dünn, finde aber es sieht jetzt gesünder aus und das wichtigste, ich fühle mich wohl in meiner Haut.

Ladies, we spend too much time complaining to each other about the things we wish we could change; our jobs, our hair, our thighs. We commiserate with each other, “Girl at least it’s your thighs, have you seen my arms?” as we think and talk about the things we don’t have, or don’t like. 😔⁣

Instead, let’s spend some time lifting ourselves up… and let’s be okay with that.⁣
⁣
Why is it stranger to hear someone say “I love my body, job, life” than it is to hear someone say, “Ugh, I need to lose some weight”?⁣
⁣
Why is it easier to have a conversation with someone who doesn’t love all or part of themselves, then it is to have a conversation with someone who does?⁣
⁣
When did we make this a “thing”?⁣
⁣
I don’t know the answer to that. And honestly, I’m doing all that I can to fix it (one client, student, friend) at a time. And that being said, I’m not perfect either. I regularly have bouts of self-doubt and self-depreciation.⁣
⁣
I don’t have all the answers, but I do have one answer. Get the amazing women in your life together, and lift each other up this month. And then, you know what? Do it again. Do it as often as you can. ⁣
⁣
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. No matter what is going on, when you surround yourself with the right people things just get better. 💜⁣

So contact your people, an schedule a day to brag on yourselves. What are you waiting for?!

  • Riddle me this... I went into my closet, dug out my shorts & dresses from last summer. A bit anxious, but ready to face it. I'm about 10 lbs heavier than I was this past summer 😳 there. I said it. Ugh.

I grabbed my shorts and pulled them on. No problem, THEY FIT! My dresses are perfect. 
This is proof that A. That hideous scale in your bathroom is such a mind F🤬  And B. Weightlifting really does helps burn fat, build muscle, and tone our bods!

The scale may not say what I want it to. And as i switch programs and routines, hopefully it will. But in the mean time, I'm choosing to celebrate this small victory of my clothes fitting a little better, appreciating the strength I've gained, and praying warmer weather is on the horizon which will allow for me to get back to hitting the pavement sooner than later!

Instead of focusing on the number. Celebrate your strength, push through your limits, and focus on becoming better than you were yesterday.
