Losing weight is hard, gaining lean muscle mass is hard. Do not discredit someone else’s progress because it’s different than yours. With my cruise only 3 weeks away, unfortunately I am still in holiday mode... I keep thinking to myself that there is no point sticking to keto now, when I will be going on a cruise shortly, to eat all the foods, and drink all the cocktails 🍹
But I feel like crap! So I am dedicating myself to sticking to keto for the next three weeks.
