  • As many of you know,
Aside from playing with cards, one of my favorite things to do is Strength Training! 🏋️‍♂️

For the last few months I’ve been trying to lean out, and have been super diligent about eating right and tracking all my food. I never really give myself cheat days, so I had an idea that could be fun!

Little Monday motivation🌟Last night sleep was a weird one I had about 7 deep hours but did involve some tossing and turning. Was only last Sunday I got told by my dads girlfriend that it does get easier and you do learn how to live with it, when I went to her in a breakdown. That moment I did not believe her, I could have laughed, how could anyone ever learn to live with the voice in their head and go against it?

A week on, with a trouble little sleep I am not acting upon the voices and the arguing in my head, im not up planning meals or changing meals, I’m simply laying here at 3am with headphones in, looking at a candle refusing to act upon all the voices in my head and the constant changing. since Thursday I have learnt how to just lay there and not do anything that voice is saying, since Thursday I have only planned meals for two days at a time and since Thursday I have not changed pre planned meals once! I have been less active on here but my sleep has increased major within the changes!

It may never go away the voices in your head but you can build up the strength and the courage to go against your mental illness and learn different ways to cope🌟so when you find yourself debating with your mind at night remember yourself🌟so I may have not had best sleep but i am a lot stronger then I was a week ago💪🏼

Me and my husband are off for our weekly fun😉have a lovely morning all, be kind to yourself and give yourself the recognition you deserve💗

Last Friday I headed to @the.bavarian Knox O-Zone in Wantirna South, Melbourne to take on their new version of the Schnitzelmeister challenge. You have an hour to finish the 1kg stack of 6 chicken parmigiana’s and any 4 sides of your choice to eat FREE! You will also receive a Bavarian Schnitzelmeister Heavyweight Champion t shirt and a place on the Wall of Fame. Fail this challenge and it's going to cost you $80.

I currently hold the record for the original “veal” Schnitzelmeister challenge in a lightning 8:07 and few weeks back my good friend @kingjaseeats set the record for this challenge in a smashing 8:55. It was now my turn and with no time for cruise control I stepped on the gas powering through in a racing 6:45 setting the new record for this challenge. Apparently it’s now the Australia wide record which I thought was pretty cool 😎
