  • Can you PASTA pesto please 🙋‍♀️That's what I'll be saying all night because I can't stop putting my BASIL CASHEW pesto on these @eatbanza cavatappi noodles 👅 (1 cup fresh basil + 1tbsp chopped garlic + 1/3 cup cashews + ½ cup olive oil + s&p) simple, easy, and tasty!! Added my favorite veggies like broccoli 🥦 and mushrooms 🍄 to the party!l

🌟 Early Weigh In🌟

Weighed in a day early today and the results were...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-1LB🙌🏼🥂⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m so please with that as we had a meal out Wednesday evening and then my birthday yesterday ... which no matter how good I was trying to be, I couldn’t resist sneaking in a wedge of birthday cake (it was white chocolate 🤤) 🍰 But a loss just shows the dedication to food optimising throughout the week and especially Wednesday night, has paid off! 🙌🏼

As I’ve mentioned so many times (because I’m crazily excited 🧁🥂 ) we’re off for afternoon tea and cocktails this afternoon so I wanted to make sure I didn’t drink too much and then miss group tomorrow morning! So rather than just not drinking too much - as of course that would be the sensible option, I decided to flip it on its head and go to group today so I can drink whatever I like ... because that’s just how your girl rolls! 💁🏻‍♀️🍸🙌🏼 Plus as you know I usually use weigh day as my “off plan treat day” so that’s exactly what I’ll be doing! At the end of the day you’ve got to find what works best for you and I know that for me, treating myself after weigh in gives me that little ‘fix’ I then need to jump straight back on plan ready for the week ahead! 😁

Ресторан находиться в двух шагах от Дуомо, а цены очень демократичные + это место советовала девочка, которая родилась и выросла в этом городе. Среди туристов он почему-то не популярен. Может выглядит пафосно снаружи 🤔

Очень помпезное и совсем не фотогеничное место, но что-то в нем есть. Может интересные посетители или его история🤔Кофейня находятся в Galleria Vittorio Emanuele || над бутиком Prada, которая его выкупила. .

🇮🇹 Круассаны Alla Crema или Speziale и капучино на соевом молоке с собой в @paninidurini рядом с театром La Scala. Это большая сеть кофеен в Милане. Очень её люблю! .

🇮🇹 Знаменитые итальянские пирожки - panzerotti (с моцареллой  и томатами) у @luini_panzerroti
Не пугайтесь большой очереди. Там есть парень, который следит за тем, что бы все было чётко и быстро. .

🇮🇹Правильное  джелатo в Venchi1878 @venchi1878 , обязательное с шоколадной крошкой.  На фото 🤤

Чтоб все это безобразие не отразилось на фигуре, рекомендую проходить минимум 10км в день и начинать приём пищи с салата , как мы😉

  • It’s going to be a cold one in Toronto this weekend, what better way to stay warm than huddle around a grill with friends for some Korean bbq?

The downtown location of @kobibbqtoronto has been opened for a while now and it’s becoming my go-to when I need a bbq fix (check out that thick cut pork belly 🤤)! A nice comforting spicy tofu soup comes with their grilled meats, as well as a bowl of steamed egg and various side dishes. Delish! 😋

Roasted Turkey Breast with Cauliflower Purée for Lunch from Book Number 1 and Asian Turkey Bowls for Dinner from Book Number 3 🤠🤠⠀

One way I like to get cauliflower into my dishes is to mash them up and mix them with a regular potato. Mashed cauliflower by itself is better than regular cauliflower but mixing it into potatoes makes it almost unnoticeable. Mashed cauliflower by itself doesn’t quite have enough body to it for me to leave it on it’s own. It’s almost like mush instead of a mash. So not only is the potato for flavor but it’s also to add body. The roasted carrots in this dish is also one of the only forms of vegetables I don’t hate. They get a sweetness to them during the roasting process and lose all of their crunch making them easier to eat. ⠀

The Asian Turkey Bowls are quickly becoming my go to meal when I need something to cook up for the week. They are super quick, only taking about 30 minutes to make a week’s worth of meals, and they are very flavorful. The carrots I use are shredded so i don’t have to worry about chopping or cooking because they will cook when I reheat the meal. If you wanted this meal to be higher in calories you could easily swap the turkey for beef and add more rice!
