Hello Cheese lovers,
Beberapa hari lalu saya bikin cheese tart ala hokkaido, isinya creamy lumer ngejuuuu banget karna menggunakan produk dari @megcheddar.id
Sejak bisa bikin sendiri saya jadi jarang beli2 cheesetart di Mall, tampilan filling atasnya juga dapat seperti yang saya mau ada kesan coklat sprti gosong tapi emang modelnya kayak gitu lho. Untuk kulit pie nya sesuai selera masing-masing ya mau tebel atau tipis, kalau saya suka kulit pie yang tebel... Yukkk teman-teman coba rebake 🤗
HomeMade CHEESE TART ala Hokkaido

Bahan kulit pie :
200 gr Butter/Margarine (1:1)
350gr Tepung Protein Sedang
50 - 60 gr Gula Halus (selera)
2 sdm Air es
1/2 sdt Vanilla extract (jika suka)
Cara membuat :
1. Campurkan margarine dan butter dalam wadah besar
2. Masukkan tepung dan gula halus yang sudah diayak sebelumnya. Hancurkan dengan pisau pastry atau garpu sampai berbulir (seperti pasir)
3. Tambahkan vanilla extract dan 2sdm air es, jika masih agak beremah dan sulit dibulatkan boleh ditambah setengah sdm air es lagi
4. Bulatkan dan tutup dgn cling wrap, simpan suhu kulkas selama 30 menit 
5. Bulatkan atau bentuk sesuai cetakan loyang (saya timbang @ 35gram) sesuai selera ya
6. Tusuk2 bagian bawah dgn garpu
7. Oven dgn suhu 180 derajat celcius selama 25-30menit (sesuaikan oven masing2)
8. Keluarkan kulit pie dari cetakan setelah agak dingin dan beri filling sesuai selera

Bahan Custard Cheese :
300 gr MEG Cheddar sweet cream @megcheddar.id
75 gr Cream Cheese
30 gr Unsalted Butter
60 gr Gula Halus
75 gr Meg Cheddar (parut)
120 ml Yogurt Plain / susu cair UHT
1 sdm Perasan air lemon

Bahan olesan :
2 btr Kuning Telur ( tips supaya atasnya kelihatan ada coklat kesan gosong, campur kuntel dengan 1sdt Gula halus)
Keju parut secukupnya utk taburan

Cara membuat :
Kocok semua bahan menggunakan mixer sampai bener2 halus rata tidak bergerindil dan creamy, masukkan dalam piping bag
Semprot diatas permukaan kulit pie, lalu masukkan kedalam kulkas sekitar 15 menit, keluarkan lalu oles dengan kuning telur, beri taburan keju parut (selera) dan oven selama 8-10 menit.

Chicken Biryani (Hyderabadi)

Chicken Biryani made Hyderbadi style. This is a classic dish that takes me back to my hometown of beautiful majestic Hyderabad, India. 
Hyderbadi Biryani originated from the Indian Mughlai (the royals) culture. 
The Mughals of Indian history used to feast on Biryani and it was once considered a regal culinary delight. 
The rice is seasoned and cooked to just the right consistency with aromatic spices like cardamom, cloves and bay leaves. The chicken is marinated and then braised with the spice such as Saffron, Yogurt and Garam Masala. The chicken then gets layered with the rice and the caramelized onions and fresh mint will blanket the chicken. 
Hyderbadi Biryani is truly a kings desired dish and it may at first take you a little longer to cook this beautiful aromatic regal dish but trust me the end results will have you licking your fingers. 
Traditionally the Biryani is served with cold a yogurt mixture called Raita which compliments the aromatic and spicy chicken rice dish perfectly.

Kesme tahtasına alıp kestiğinizde beyazdan koyu yeşile tatlı geçişleri olan lezzet demetleri dün ki pazarın en güzel kompozisyonu idi.
Beyaz kısmı A, yeşil kısmı C vitamini içeriyor.
İncecik birkaç yeşil soğan birkaç yumurta çırpın erimiş tereyağında bir güzel omlet yapın tadına doyum olmaz. Kavurmak gerekmez. 
Peynirle ekmek bir de yeşil soğan oldu mu daha ne ister insan. 
Makarnayı haşlayıp ister peynirli ister domatesli sos hazırlayın incecik yeşil soğanları doğrayıp servis yapın. 
Kısır mı dediniz? Yeşil soğan çok ama çok yakışır. 
Patates salatası yazmazsam ağlar ya marul salatasına kattığı tat! 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱
