  • Кто не знает «Зебру»? Зебру знают все😄🙌🏻Это нетленка! Старый добрый рецепт. Бывают разные варианты , кто-то готовит на сгущенке, кто-то на кефире, я готовила на яичном тесте, а сегодня на сметане. У каждого была своя Зебра, тут уж главное выложить полосками и вот она зебра!🦓 процесс показала в сторис, делюсь рецептом. Вам понадобится (на форму диаметром 20 см):
200 гр сметаны
200 гр муки
230 гр сахара 
3 яйца
3 ст.л. с горкой какао
3 ст.л. молока
1 ч.л. разрыхлителя с горкой
1 ч.л. ванильного сахара
1/2 ч.л. соли
60 гр сливочного масла комнатной температуры

Приготовление: Муку просеиваем с разрыхлителем, добавляем соль, ванильный сахар и перемешиваем сухие ингредиенты. Яйца взбиваем с сахаром до пышной пены, добавляем сметану, масло и взбиваем до однородности. Добавляем сухие ингредиенты и взбиваем тесто. Получается не жидкое и не густое тесто, делим его на 2 части, в одну добавляем какао, перемешиваем и затем добавляем молоко, взбиваем до однородности. Форму смазываем маслом, выкладываем по 2 ложки, чередуя тесто, выкладывая по середине ложечка за ложечкой друг на друга. Сверху можете шпажкой или зубочисткой сделать паутинку. Выпекаем при 150 гр час. Пирог готов!
