  • My goodness, where did my day go? It’s 9:20pm and I’m just posting my breakfast!!! Life certainly can get in the way!!! I spent the morning in the orphanage and I have to leave by 7:30 to get there at 8. After I left there I bought a heap of fruit for the next few days and time simply escaped me. 💚

This morning I had celery, apple and lime juice and left for the Centre. When I returned home I made this fruit bowl. I’m seriously loving the papaya ATM! If you don’t like papaya you’ve never tried a good one, because trust me they are simply divine!!! .

I had a truly awesome day today, for some reason I feel like I have shifted emotionally and I feel so at peace today, I can’t truly explain it. I released a lot of energy today and God it felt good. .

  • First day in Hong Kong! We went to Marks and Spencer to get some gluten free goodies. Found GF sandwich thins which I am yet to see in Australia! Also discovered how careful I need to be with checking the ingredients as a lot of products were marked as GF but contained oats. We also found a little market and bought some fresh guava (it was delicious and my favourite colour), some grapes and a pawpaw. We also saw some star fruit! 
We are heading out shopping this afternoon and I can’t wait 😊
