The past two days have been rough for me. I have never felt so hurt. I thought about taking a mental health break from social media to clear my head and my heart. I thought it would help, but I was talking to a friend and they said “You're allowed to be down about this because of course it hurts but please don't stay down for too long.” @kaayfrance
It really made me think that by choosing to take a break from social media I’d be choosing to sit in my head with my thoughts, sulking. I’d be choosing sadness, anger, and negativity while playing things over and over in my head. I’d be CHOOSING to stay down and staying down is not how I do things. I decided to continue my life, doing regular things, going to the gym, and going on social media. Im CHOOSING to get up and say fuck that. Love creating yummy snacks that are adding value to your body!! When I’m working with clients I don’t like to tell them that they can’t eat certain foods or that foods are bad or good!
Adding value to your health and body is a lot easier than trying to take stuff away that doesn’t serve us well. By adding nutritious food to your day, you eventually get to the point where you just don’t have the space for the food that makes us unwell.

Try this for a while....add as many colourful fruit and veg to your diet that there’s no room for not so great foods.....
