36 Central Park South creates a stunning proposal for a stone-clad tower on the park.
36 Central Park South was a proposal for a new 88-unit residential tower which would have replaced the 46-story, 628-key Park Lane #Hotel . The slender tower sits atop a through-block winter garden, which serves both as an extension of #CentralPark and as a means to elevate the #tower views. Six levels of staggered "treehouse floors" sit above the winter #garden as all-glass units, cantilevered toward the park. Three floors of below-grade #space include extensive #amenities , while residential units above have amazing #views of the park. #luxurylistings

We are glad to say that we have very reliable partners and team. This animation is directed by @janbarcentewicz, who also graduated from Royal College of Art, and his team. @apofena_incarna
We spent so many months of time and resource on this animation to even create a new world, literally. Building and designing everything in the animation is so challenging and time-consuming, but the result can be fruitful. With the amazing quality, we created everything. And we can't wait to show you everything.
Scout - a visualized urban air transport system. In addition to creating a volar, we think a transport system is also crucial to building up a new type of urban mobility. Not only creating regulations and traffic rules are important, but also visualizing them.
Time is an abstract idea, but if you can seize any bit, you can make a whole lot of difference. Maybe try to have a sneak peek of the future...? 24th February is going to be the last day of the show. DESIGN: Will be of even more reduced frames, with the water drop notch. The screen will be a 6.3 inches of OLED technology of aspect 19.5: 9 and of a resolution of QHD+. Glass and aluminum body.
CAMERA: In this section Huawei takes another step forward as we will have 4 sensors. 48 + 20 + 5 + 12 MP (F / 1.6-2.4, Wide Angle, X5 Zoom, TOF sensor). Portrait mode, AI, optical stabilization, super slow recording (950fps) and AI video.
FRONT CAMERA: 24MP F/1.7 with facial recognition.
PROCESSOR: Will have the Kirin 980 the same integrated in the Mate20 pro. It is also rumored that the Kirin 985 version could have, its version renewed.
MEMORY: Versions of 6/8 gb of RAM and 128/256 of storage. This expandable with NanoSD.
BATTERY: 4200mAh with the powerful fast charging of Huawei.
OTHERS: Wireless charging, IP68 certificate, usb type C, reversible wireless charging, without jack 3.5, Bluetooth 5.0.
