Ich zumindest fange mit einem guten Unterkörper Training an!
Dadurch dass ich am liebsten Beine und Gluteus trainiere, bin ich dadurch sehr motiviert ins Gym zu gehen und meine überschüssigen Kalorien vom Wochenende zu verbrennen 🤩

AND your mind.
Some days it’s eating a salad full of veggies.
And other days it’s diving head first into an ice cream cookie sundae with friends🍪
& not touching a green vegetable.

This position will also help you maintain scapular (shoulder blade) stability, improve your ability to keep your glenohumeral joint (shoulder girdle) in an externally rotated position, plus allow for correct thoracic spine (rib-cage zone) extension. What this all means is that by securing yourself in this optimal position, you can improve your lifting ability, all whilst ensuring that you do not fall victim to any annoying niggles that may arise if your technique is off the mark 👌
