How to do EVERYTHING??
Probably one of the biggest things people ask me is how to balance everything... lemme tell you it can be TRICKY🌚
You guys know I’m a student, a personal trainer, an ‘influencer’🤪... so yeah you could say stuff gets busy haha. Now I’m very type A so I actually find comfort in working my ass off🍑
But here’s a few tips to becoming a more productive you!☀️
💫PLAN- I have a list of stuff to get done every single day. If it’s not checked off, it’s moved to the top of tommorows 📆
💫BE PROUD- listen, I’m 19 and I know a lot of people don’t get it. If you want some goals, work hard and never be ashamed of that👏🏼
💫TIME OFF- make sure you have time for the important things! Cinema dates, coffees with a pal and the gym. That shits important💆🏼♀️
💫EFFICIENCY- just think ahead!!! The little things make a difference. Wake up, decide what you’re going to do and damn well DO IT💪🏼

They were looking for that motivation that we all are - how do we incorporate fitness into our lives when we've got a ton of equipment at home and in the office and belong to other facilities that have a workout facility, but aren't inspired by it?
