1. Freshen up your photos! If your property has been on the market for a while it’s worth changing things up. Are there leafs on the trees? Do you have a Christmas tree in your lounge? Change it up to look current. 
2. How’s your price looking? The market is moving. Have you touched up the marketing? Its important to stay on top. #pricing is often over looked. Little changes in the pricing prefix can make the world of difference in #property. Use #technology to your advantage. 
3. Declutter. First impressions count. Put anything you don’t need into storage. Clear the hallways! 
4. If all the above fail it may be time for a #change ! Do your research. Find out who is selling the most. How close to asking price are they getting? Sometimes the agent who is a little bit more money are worth their weight in gold! Need any help - drop me a message!
