so this jacket was never skin-tight like some of my clothes so this picc does look more dramatic but trust it did zip up fitted not swallowing me like rn
this is my fav light jacket(also one of my fav colors- dark green) so it suxx that it's so baggy now but also a good problem to have #transformationtuesday

If you missed my last post, it was a dumbbell only shoulder circuit. I’ve been loving circuits for my shoulders recently: higher volume with slightly lower weights! It’s just what has been working best for me to grow those shoulder boulders😏😏

1️⃣ 30 sec | Squat and press (used a 10lb medicine ball)
30 sec rest
2️⃣ 30 sec | curtesy lunge to knee drive (15 sec each leg)
30 sec rest
3️⃣ 30 sec | Squat to calf raise
30 sec rest
4️⃣ 30 sec | bear shoulder taps (ok these might look easy, but omggg the goal is to keep your hips level + keep that core engaged)

1️⃣ Go into the gym with a plan
This will save you so much time! If you find workouts on IG, save them beforehand or write your workout down.
2️⃣ The best diet is the one you can stick to
Just because your friend Karen tried a certain diet does not mean it’s the diet for you as well! You have to actually like the food you’re eating
3️⃣ Focus on form
If you aren’t sure if you are performing something correctly, record yourself! It helps to see what you need to fix! If you aren’t sure how to do something, you can look up credible YouTube videos and watch
4️⃣ You don’t have to spend 2+ hours in the gym
My broken toe didn't stop from going to the gym and doing leg day today, done a warm up by walking on the treadmill, then went on the cross trainer then I done leg press, leg curls, abductor, adductor, leg extension then 5 minutes on the bike to finish off oh and squats.
Forgot training shoes so I couldn’t go to the hotel’s gym. Made it happen anyway with a bare feet 30min hiit in the room. Also did some squats with one of the twins on my back. If you want to make it happen, you’ll find a way! 😉 #noexcuses
