  • through my frequent emotional ups 🙂 and downs 🙃 one thing I find does wonders is keeping a journal. writing down my thoughts helps keep them in check. Journaling is a wonderful tool for self analysis. ☺️ While writing ✍🏻 I’m able to reach deep down and familiarize myself with certain subconscious feelings I might otherwise overlook or ignore. I think it’s particularly helpful if you struggle with depression or anxiety as it helps to gain better control of your emotions which improves mental health 😊 Now while I believe it’s important to express our sadness and to have a place to put down any thoughts of despair I also believe it’s important to include some self-appreciation and gratitude for the things that are going well in our lives 🙏🏼 so if, like me, you’re feeling the Blue Monday ☹️ vibes why don’t you try writing down 5 things you’re grateful for before going to sleep tonight 🌙 I know that’s what I’ll be doing 😉 xo

Are you getting clear on your goals?

Are your goals enhancing your life and the life of others? 
This is one of the ways to achieve true happiness. 
When we have define goals and we understand how achieving those goals will improve our lives and our loved ones, we will do whatever it takes to achieve it.

Your goals should excite you! The feeling and vision of achieving them should bring a feeling of happiness. 
As we continue doing our exercise from day 20th for the next 8 days, we are going to start establishing more specific goals as of tomorrow.
