  • Spent my afternoon prepping meals for the next few days and cleaning my kitchen!😁🤨🙌 I've had some requests to share some of my meal ideas..so here you go!😊 Breakfast: Blueberry overnight oats (Quick Oats, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, whey isolate protein powder, and blueberries)

Lunches: Naked taco bowls - 97% lean ground Turkey, low sodium taco seasoning, organic black beans and Rotel. I sliced up black olives and lettuce and will top with plain greek yogurt and salsa. 
Dinner: Boneless pork chops with thinly sliced red apples and red onion simmered in a low sodium chicken stock/mustard sauce topped with chives (new recipe I've never tried before🤷‍♀️) Snacks: Tuna packets and cucumbers, cottage cheese with fresh fruit, string cheese, Wasabi soy almonds, Rx bars and Quest bars **Also...doing your dishes and cleaning immediately after meal prepping just sets you up for more success come Monday morning knowing you have a fresh start to the week. Yea, it sucks doing it but it sucks way more waking up Monday morning to a dirty kitchen!

I feel that one too many people get involved into the fitness world or industry, they are so quick to follow what the "fitspos" or "big name" are doing. They're so quick to follow the latest fad, the trending diet, buy the newest supplement or Skinny Tea.

 And I don't blame them. 
They're new. 
They just want to look their best, be their best and feel like they belong in the fitness industry. 
They're likely willing to do what it takes or what they believe the 'fitspos' are doing to achieve that goal. -

What people need to remember is you need to be a SMART consumer. You cannot follow blindly. 
You need to open your eyes. 
You need to ask questions. 
Do your research. 
Get on Google. -

We are so lucky to live in a day and age where we can simply type in a word and get thousands of articles with information. 
So just because somebody says something works or that 'said' diet is the BEST diet, do your own research. 
Dig deeper and be confident and taking that next step / product / diet👏👏👏
