If you don’t track your meals or know about counting macros, and you’re not eating a significant amount for each meal, it’s quite possible that you’re not getting enough protein in your diet. It is the hardest macronutrient for people to get enough of. An easy way to help that issue? Quit using your sugar filled creamers in your coffee every day and use protein powder instead. I’ve been drinking protein coffee daily for over 3 months now, that’s how good it is. I only use 1/2 scoop so it’s not “protein-y” or grainy (it’s actually creamier than ever) and a tiny bit of stevia. It’s honestly changed my life and helps get 12-13g protein without even thinking about it. 👌🏼

Not striving to be perfect because I never will be (and that's ok) but I'm happy with the progress I'm making. Seeing your body change as a result of your hard work is very satisfying. I recommend it to everybody :D
