  • Who said you can box in heels? I’m CONFIDENT I can prove that wrong 🔸

We all talk about how confidence is sexy. Ok - YES agreed. But where does confidence come from? How does one find confidence? I find myself personally feeling the most confident when I feel in control (probably why I don’t drink). When I know my purpose and my objectives. This applies while I’m dancing on stage as well when I’m leading a video shoot a meeting or a class. I feel confident when I’m at the gym pushing myself and I do more today than I did yesterday. It makes me feel confident bc it makes me feel strong and accomplished. I feel confident when I am with the people I love most who I can totally be myself with. I feel confident when my jam comes on the radio slash my iPhone and I get up and start moving just the way I want because it feels good and it makes me happy! I feel confident when I know I’m about to give my class a kick-a** werkout and they’re about to leave feeling strong sweaty and ridiculously smiley!! My new equation .... Confidence = Strong
Confidence = Happy 
Confidence = Sexy 
Strong + Happy = Sexy*AF 👊❤️

LOW- Muchas personas subestiman esta versión de intensidad y es porque creen que es "más fácil". PUES NOOOO! En Low se ve TODO, lo bueno y lo malo! Estas secuencias hay que realizarlas muy concientes de nuestra alineación y postura. TIP: Cuida tu lumbar tallando tu abdomen y asegúrate de tener tus muñecas alineadas con tus hombros en la plancha. .
BASE- En esta secuencia, los movimientos son similares a la versión LOW con un cambio en el tiempo (1/2 tiempo) y agrega rodillas hacia el centro en la plancha. Esta versión me encanta porque se ve fácil pero se siente🔥😅. TIP: enfócate en tu abdomen todo el tiempo!

MAX- Esta secuencia es un poco más difícil. Además de que trae las dos piernas al frente en la plancha, agrega dos saltos con "heel click" en el aire 😱. Estos movimientos pliométricos definitivamente retarán tu condición física, pero la música te dará ese impulso adicional que necesitas para terminar la secuencia. TIP: Exhala siempre en el esfuerzo, mantén tu cadera abajo y sigue la música🎶🎵. .
