  • Can you change your body with cardio🙃? to be honest you can, you can loose fat, you can reduce the size of your waist / thighs, but is this what you want? 😜I used to religiously only do cardio, I wouldn’t touch or go near the weight section because I associated that with the muscular men in the gym..🖐🏼but boy was I wrong! I began to train with weights and my body changed in a way I didn’t expect, my body actually changed shape and the parts of my body got smaller ( waist ) because other parts got bigger ( legs / shoulders ) so my waist appeared smaller😏.... if cardio’s your thing then go for it!! But seriously training weights really changed my perspective on the gym and my body as a whole & I wouldn’t go back 🌟🤤

  • This is what almost 3 weeks of a completely #plantbased diet looks like 🌿💪🏻 Add to that I’ve been doing a cut over the past few weeks AND killing it at Barrys/the gym - y’all I’m feeling GREAT about my progress towards my body goals 🥳 Giving up all meat, dairy, eggs, you have it for a completely vegan diet has been the BEST decision I’ve made this year (I know we’re only 3 weeks in but still 😂)! I’ve seen massive changes in my body, energy levels, and overall well being ever since we made this change on New Years Day ✨ But to be completely honest, I was a little doubtful at first what changes I would see or if we could even keep this going for that long. But 3 weeks in & both Omar and I are loving this whole vegan thang 💖🌍 If y’all ever have any Q’s about trying out a plant-based or just reducing your meat consumption, Omar and I always here to help!

  • Pretty hyped about yesterday’s leg day 🤗🤗

Nice to have a long gym sesh without being stressed about squeezing it in between the long hours of work and short hours of sleep 🤔 still been getting it done, but making extra careful to time all my rests so I can be in and out pretty quick 🕣🕚

Yesterday’s workout:
5x5 back squats
3x12 barbell squat to curtsy lunge
3x10 hamstring curls + 3x10 leg extensions + burnout set for each
3x20 hip abductions
3x20 froggers
3x20 rainbow butt
3x20 elevated cable RDL
3x15 cable kickback

    Nice to have a long gym sesh without being stressed about squeezing it in between the long hours of work and short hours of sleep 🤔 still been getting it done, but making extra careful to time all my rests so I can be in and out pretty quick 🕣🕚

  • One of the things I love about my coach is his knowledge. I started to get sick mid week and immediately started my typical Nyquil/Dayquil combo due to an important work trip.

With my check in, I was perfectly on point with nutrition and for the most part my workouts, but gained and gained some today. Why? The perfect explanation and detail from my coach was the stressors on my body and the addition of Nyquil/Dayquil which tends to store water. 
So, time to keep working on getting rid of that extra water, with the help of Bloodshred. And keeping my stress levels in check with Cortisolve and Ashwagandha.
