Today was kinda a boring day and the more I was looking forward to my favourite gym session today #legday 🍑🔥
When I started fitness like 2 years ago I always had the feeling that I have to do it. I think I never started because I really wanted it. But things changed after a long pause due to illness during which I lost all my successes and persistance.
Now training gives me much more than just a fit body. It it a perfect compensation to a long, boring working day or even when having a lot of stress.
It is the only time of the day where I can calm down completely and do not have to think about anything else.
There is just me, the gym and my workout. 🤗
What does training mean to you? Is it just a compulsion to receive a fit body or is it more than just this, maybe a great way to clear your mind?

We... (and by that I mean mostly MB) read a lot of books. I prefer non-fiction and MB's likes (an understatment) fantasy genre and history.
Really you should see our local library... ....I mean house.

Something not everyone is willing to admit is that they just need to relax, take a break, stop and smell the roses or what have you.
Then you feel guilty for doing so because you feel like you will let people down if you just say “hey, I need a day to just chill”
So you never really relax because you feel guilty. This becomes a cycle and you get more stressed and so on and so on.
I am here to tell you, it’s ok. Really it’s ok to not have all your shit together 24/7/365
It’s more than just working out, it’s about getting outside of your comfort zone and accomplishing more than you ever thought possible together as a team.
