In October I was gifted with the opportunity to attend a Crossfit Gymnastics seminar(thank you @crossfitblaine!) I walked away with a ton of knowledge and the immediate urge to enroll my 12yr old into gymnastics. She is 3 weeks in and I am in AWE of the coordination, shapes, and confidence that I have seen in my .
So much so that I decided to start going to open gym once a week. Pairing that with queues from coaches, @p2tony and tips from videos posted by @cfgymnastics during glide kip week, I was able to successfully perform a glide kip!
It doesn't matter if you're 12 years old or 32... it's never too late to learn how to move your body through space efficiently!
