  • Currently out of the gym for a few days! I tweaked my shoulder two days ago and it still hurts. 🙂 I’m not going to lie, I feel so lazy and awful not going to gym but I’m trusting what my body is saying and it’s saying REST!!! •

To keep myself occupied I’m completely organizing my kitchen. Something about putting headphones on and organizing everything is so relaxing to me😌😌! I wish everyone a productive and fun weekend! 💙

  • Wore another black on black gym outfit today... no one is surprised! Happy Thursday y’all! I hit the gym for an arm day + bit of cardio and the skies were blue and the weather was warmer than freezing in Ohio so I’d call that a good day!! Ya girl has plentyyy of studying and work to do before spring break so good luck to everyone else going into midterm season!! 👏🏻 You’ve got this!

🌿db shoulder press SS side bicep curls: 4x10
🌿lat raises: 3x20
🌿plate curls: 3x10
🌿bb shoulder press SS bent rows: 3x10
🌿db tricep kickbacks: 3x10

Amazing exercise to end any arm day! Shout out to boy @believeinnsteve for showing me this 🔥🔥🔥. Focus on not moving your shoulders! You want to isolate those triceps! Only movement should be at the elbow joint 👌. In order for this to be a challenge make sure you squeeze and contract your triceps in every single rep! -
(EZ Bar attachment) 2-3 sets of:
- 10 Reps wide reverse grip
- 10 reps wide grip
- 10 reps close grip
