You never look good trying to make someone else look bad 👊🏻🔥.
Einen schönen Start ins Wochenende Sportsfreunde 🙌🏻. Einer der tollen Punkte am CrossFit ist der Zusammenhalt und das gegenseitige Unterstützen und Anfeuern 🔥. Gestern haben wir ein Open Workout von 2017 gemacht und es war einfach nur tough. Trotzdem war ich hinterher super happy und der Coach und auch die anderen Mitglieder aus der Box haben mich die letzten Runden super angefeuert 😀. Nach einer kurzen Pause gab es dann noch die tägliche Runde Burpees und eine Stunde Mobility. Wie das lief, könnt ihr noch in meiner Story sehen... hier ist noch Luft nach oben würde ich sagen 😅🙈. Heute ist wohl mal wieder Restday und etwas Entspannung auf dem Plan. Außerdem ist für heute Abend noch ein tolles Abendessen geplant ☺️. Habt einen gemütlichen Tag meine Lieben ✌🏻.

  • What an amazing day, I’m so lucky I was surrounded by people I look up to in the fitness world. More motivated than ever to smash all my goals!

  • Didn’t think I’d join in on this whole #10yearchallenge thing but here we are praising the lord for puberty and weight training 🤣 (tbh this is a lie cus this is 8.5 ish years- best I could do for a full length photo🤷‍♀️)

Not sure why I thought it was acceptable for my bra to be sticking out but at least my tan was half decent 😂😂!

I feel like you can tell in an odd way how much I have changed internally here rather than the obvious external changes. I remember back then being very weak minded and unsure of myself in every way. Needless to say, though i’m still not fully appreciative of how far I have come (capricorn life) I can appreciate what i’ve been through to get here☺️
.
P.s I flipped the photo on the left so hence the parting change
  • Didn’t think I’d join in on this whole #10yearchallenge thing but here we are praising the lord for puberty and weight training 🤣 (tbh this is a lie cus this is 8.5 ish years- best I could do for a full length photo🤷‍♀️)

I still remember the girl I was a year ago who would overthink the fact that she missed a week of training and would lose all her progress. In fact, I did probably put on some weight due to aaaaaall the food I ate this week, but my muscles are still there and I definitely kicked off the day with this morning session 👊🏼 and I certainly don’t regret this rest week, visiting my friend and enjoying life -

  • 🆕 My new training split 🆕

So on my last post I mentioned that this year I’ve tried a new training split of push, pull and legs, I got a few questions about this so I thought I’d explain it a little more to you ☺️...
•
So I do push, pull and legs twice a week with one rest day. This is pretty intense but seems to be working well and I’m really enjoying it!
•
‘Push’ day = chest, shoulders and triceps
‘Pull’ day = back, biceps and rear delts
‘Leg’ day = quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves
•
As for the actual exercises I do, I just do whatever I feel like that day (I do plan it before I start). I also always ensure i’m progressing each session somehow whether that be reps or weight. See my previous post for an example of one of my ‘Push’ sessions!

And although I am trying my best to be consistent (because we all know consistency is 🔑 ) if I need an extra rest day because my muscles need longer to recover then I allow myself one, you MUST listen to your body 👌🏼
