Tbt when I was able to take pics outside without being cold af 🌚 was also a lil bit leaner than now, I actually weigh heavier but I luuv that 🙌🏼 I’m working as a waitress in a full time . I coach & daily update clients’s workout plans . When I was going to school 3 years ago, was a full time student and had 2 jobs because I needed money ! You know what ? I always found time for ME to workout 😉 don’t say I always wanted it or that I was at my 100% of motivation but I did it . -
I actually workout 5 times / week and need to do this whatever my schedule is . IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN DO EVEN BETTER ❤️ I’m not better than anyone else!
It’s only 45 min | 1h in a day. It’s a precious time where you’re only w yourself & where you push yourself to feel better inside & out💅🏽 yes beautiful, take some time for you, if it’s not to train, take some time to read or taking care of yourself.. YOU DESERVE IT 🦈
Your heart races, your thoughts roam uncontrollably, you second guess yourself... maybe you shouldn’t do it! These are just SOME of the natural reactions to leaving your comfort zone. Your comfort zone is that physical and emotional safety net that you like to reside in.
Sometimes it is hard to convince yourself that leaving that safety net is a good idea. The reactions you are feeling are not necessarily negative. Those are some of the same reactions you feel when you go for that new job, buy that new home, meet that new person. Life begins at the end of your comfort zone ⭐️
I remember being so scared to start this fitness account because I feared the reactions I would receive. I am so glad that I did not allow my fears to stop me from reaching my goals 💕
If you never leave your comfort zone you’ll never get to where you want to be in life.
So my three words of advice would be:
GO FOR IT! And give it everything that you’ve got 💕

Just a lil reminder that your self worth isn’t the same as what you eat. Fad diets and diet culture are poisonous. And, sadly, normally primed against women. It’s a hard cycle to get out of (and it took me a loooong time to realise) but it’s wrong to feel like you should change your diet or go to the gym because someone else has told you to look a certain way. Eat in a way that makes you happy, move in a way that makes you happy ☺️
