  • Hoy se me pasó la clase...así que aproveché de hacer yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ en casa...
Y pensé que veces nos ponemos tantas excusas para hacer deporte...”que estoy muy ocupada”, “soy mamá”, “para qué si ya fue!” “No soy fit”.....o empezaste una dieta, entrenamiento pero un día te saliste y ya quieres mandar todo a la punta del cerro🤷🏼‍♀️...y así un millón de cosas...
la verdad es que el momento puede ser cualquiera!! Da lo mismo la edad, si no eres “fit”, si tienes hijos o trabajas, todo dependerá de ti, y de tener la convicción de querer hacerlo...por los motivos que sean...(cada uno tiene motivaciones distintas y en eso no hay mejores o peores)
Así que no nos quedemos en lo fácil...busquemos nuestra motivación personal, esa que nos empuje a empezar..porque una vez que ya estás, créeme que ya pasó lo más difícil 💕☺️

  • ⌛ The problem with the modern day dieter is everyone wants results in a matter of days or weeks. One message we always hammer home is that it will take time.

📆 In the same time it might take you to lose and gain a stone, repeatedly over 18 months, you could actually achieve the long term goal of completely transforming your body and mind - for good!

So here's what the long-term journey looks like.

✅ Not feeling confident but ready for the journey ahead. confident but ready for the journey ahead.
✅ Making a dent in your fat loss goals while adding some muscle to your frame.
✅ Becoming a pro at tracking food.
✅ Discovering an exercise programme that you enjoy and that you can progress with (and stick with!)
✅ Developing and cementing daily healthy habits
✅ Getting good at applying consistent effort

✖️6-12 months

✅ Developing confidence and starting to believe in yourself
✅ More results getting closer to your end goal
✅ Training at a higher level eg. better form, fitter, stronger, lifting heavier
✅ Developing strategies to deal with anything life throws at you
✅ Trusting yourself that you can do this

✅ Confident, comfortable & winning at life
✅ Reached your body composition goal
✅ Can start to take a step away from tracking food and become intuitive
✅ Developed habits to last a lifetime
✅ Different strategies to deal with every occasion memorised and implemented with ease

👉 12-18 months is really all it takes to change and change for the rest of your life.

🙋‍♀ Ask yourself how long you've been trying to change. How many months and years have been wasted looking for the answer in a fad diet or a failed excessive gym regime?
