Designing your brand new kitchen can be one of the most exciting and most stressful experiences in the renovation and building process. Getting the layout just right, ensuring you have enough storage space, and choosing the right appliances for you can be an overwhelming process, so it’s understandable why many people leave the kitchen flooring as an afterthought.
Demolition started on our new south Philly project. We are going to try to preserve this first floor trim work and hard wood flooring and make this house something special! Looks like we will be doing a lot of framing upstairs and will have to fix some joists. I'll keep posting as we move forward!
